The Directors

Paul R King (Managing Director )
Paul is the Founder and Managing Director of the Project Marketing Australasia Ltd Group of companies including Seashells Hospitality Group Pty Ltd.

Paul is a licensed real estate agent with over 16 years experience in his own business and over 10 years prior to that in general agency with Justin Seward & Co (now Knight Frank) and Robertson Bros. Prior to real estate Paul trained xtensively in the hotel industry.

Over the past twenty years Paul has been involved in strata titled tourism management, marketing and development. Over the past thirteen years, Paul has successfully stablished the award winning Seashells Resorts Group with successful tourism accommodation properties in Mandurah, Yallingup, Scarborough and in Broome.

Paul has plans to extend the Group throughout Australia. He has also established the Hermitage Resort & Retreats Group, a health and wellness concept built around the wine tourism areas. The first Hermitage development has been proposed in the South West of WA.

Peter Brian Rakich AM FCPA (Director )
Brian has over 30 years corporate and commercial experience, including ten years (1985-95) as Managing Director and CEO of a public listed, diversified industrial minerals company, Mallina Holdings Ltd, Australia’s largest supplier and  wholesaler of absorbent products. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Western Australia’s fifth largest legal firm, Dwyer Durack and Gadens Lawyers, employing 120 people from 1997-99. Brian is the Chairman of the WA Croatian Chamber of Commerce.

He is the past President of the Western Australian Cricket Association (Inc), WA’s leading sporting organisation and is a former President of the Royal Automobile Club of WA (Inc) (1993-95). He was Vice President and Director of the Australian Automobile Association from 1994-95. He was awarded the Order of Australia in 2005 for his services to business and sport.

Paul John Summers B.Juris LL.B (Director )
Paul Summers is a barrister and solicitor admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.

Paul has a thorough working knowledge of Western Australian conveyancing and property law and is the senior and founding partner of Summers Partners - Lawyers.

Over the last seven years, Paul has been specialising in strata titled tourism development and the preparation of Prospectus documentation, sales and marketing documentation, Managed Investments Act advice, Managed Rights Scheme advice and general legal counsel to the company.
